If there is one verse in the Bible that has really helped me in my walk of faith, it has been Philippians 4:13. " I can do all this through him who gives me strength." With this verse, I know that no matter what I face, how I am feeling or what is occurring around me, the Lord has a plan, purpose and way for me to come out on top.

So many times we feel shame or confusion for choosing to seek God. But to any youth, in search of community, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual help and comfort, don't hesitate. Do not let anything rob you of experiencing true joy. We are here waiting for you.  Ready with open arms, to welcome you to the family.” 

Jesus is the only friend we can count on to remain constant in our lives. People come and go from our lives but God will be there to listen to us in times of excitement, happiness, thankfulness, grief, sorrow, sadness, and everything In between. If you’ve never prayed before and don’t know how to, just start by finding a quiet place, going on your knees and talking to God like a friend. Come visit us and we’ll help you pray!
